The life of the party. Sweet and spicy with bite. Inspired by the Sri Lankan flavours of Kolam Paris.


Get Together

  • 50ml Mirchi
  • 25ml Kithul treacle
  • 25ml fresh lime juice
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • Splash of soda water
  • Lime wheel
  • Cinnamon stick

Whip Up

  1. Add 50ml Mirchi, 25ml Kithul treacle, 25ml fresh lime juice, a dash of cinnamon and a pinch of cardamom into a shaker with ice.
  2. Give it a good shake and strain into a lowball glass over ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a lime wheel and cinnamon stick.
