- 50ml Mirchi
- 30ml pineapple juice
- 30ml apple juice
- 30ml passionfruit juice
- 25ml fresh lime juice
- 25ml caramel syrup
- 30ml blue curaçao syrup
- Combine 50ml Mirchi, 30ml pineapple juice, 30ml apple juice, 30ml passionfruit juice, 25ml fresh lime juice and 25ml caramel syrup in a shaker.
- Add a generous amount of ice and give it a good shake.
- Add 30ml of blue curaçao into a highball glass. Add ice to the very top.
- Single strain the mix slowly over the ice.
