  • 50ml Mirchi Natural Spiced Rum
  • 5ml demerara sugar 
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Bantu 73% dark chocolate
  • Cocktail cherry
Whip Up
  1. Add 50ml Mirchi, 5ml demerara sugar and 3 dashes Angostura bitters into a mixing glass. Stir well over ice.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
  3. Shave Bantu 73% dark chocolate on top and garnish with a cocktail cherry.
