• 40ml Mirchi Natural Spiced Rum
• 120ml grapefruit soda
• 5ml fresh lime juice
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• Grapefruit slice
• Black pepper
• Green bird's eye chilli slice

1. Build 40ml Mirchi, 120ml grapefruit soda, 5ml fresh lime juice and 2 dashes Angostura bitters in a highball glass.
2. Fill to the top with ice. Stir twice.
3. Garnish with a grapefruit slice and cracked blacked pepper. Add a green bird’s eye chilli slice for extra heat.
