Summer in a glass. Fruity, sweet and sour. Feels like lounging by the pool and securing your first wine at carni.

• 50ml Mirchi
• 30ml pineapple juice 
• 30ml apple juice
• 30ml passionfruit juice 
• 25ml fresh lime juice  
• 25ml caramel syrup 
• 30ml blue curaçao syrup

1. Combine 50ml Mirchi, 30ml pineapple juice, 30ml apple juice, 30ml passionfruit juice, 25ml fresh lime juice and 25ml caramel syrup in a shaker.
2. Add a generous amount of ice and give it a good shake. 
3. Add 30ml of blue curaçao into a highball glass. Add ice to the very top.
4. Single strain the mix slowly over the ice.
