Mirchi Iced Tea

The thirst is real. Citrusy, bitter and refreshing. The perfect picnic sip.

Get Together
  • 50ml Mirchi
  • 25ml fresh lemon juice
  • 60ml cold tea
  • 25ml falernum syrup
  • Lemon slice
Whip Up
  1. Start by making a cuppa. Add 1 tea bag into a bowl with boiling water. Brew for 3-4 minutes and remove the tea bag. Leave tea to cool down.
  2. Add 50ml Mirchi, 25ml fresh lemon juice, 60ml cold tea and 25ml falernum syrup into a shaker with ice. 
  3. Lightly shake and strain into a highball glass full of ice. Garnish with a fresh lemon slice.
